Oberg Industries had a problem. With an aging workforce and a dwindling number of new job applicants, Oberg was approaching a human resources crisis. And when crisis calls, we answer. After spending a couple days touring Oberg’s facilities we were amazed by the stories to tell, and so, we captured them. This short film gives generous helping of perspective on the career possibilities and opportunities that exist in modern day manufacturing at Oberg.
